In Seneca County Court on November 19, 2012, Joshua R. Sperber, 22 years old, of White Street, Seneca Falls, pleaded guilty, as charged in a three-count superior court information, to assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. During his plea, Sperber admitted that he assaulted a Seneca Falls Police Officer in the parking lot of the police station on July 28, 2012 and assaulted a second individual on March 24, 2012 on Cowing Street in Seneca Falls. Sperber also admitted that he intentionally damaged a police vehicle, causing $738.72 in damage. Sperber will be sentenced on all three convictions on January 7, 2013. The convictions resulted from investigations conducted by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
