Mayor Quill Comments on Mill Street Dam Project

After weeks of discussion and debate, the Auburn City Council recently voted overwhelmingly in favor of the Mill Street Dam project. Once the $900,000 turbine is installed next year, Mayor Quill says it should successfully service Auburn for decades.

A state grant worth millions of dollars was on the line to get the project passed, but the Mayor says there was also a concern about timing.

The mayor was a guest Monday on the Finger Lakes Morning News with Joe Salzone. Click here to listen to the entire interview.
