The 19 year old driver of that pick-up truck involved in an accident Nov. 27th in East Bloomfield that injured seven people was charged with assault Wednesday.
Investigators with the Ontario County Sheriff's Department say Alexander Brown of Bloomfield was traveling south on Pond Road shortly before 6 last Tuesday evening when he failed to negotiate a sharp curve, causing his truck to roll over several times. Brown was the only person of the 7 in the truck wearing a seatbelt.

4 of the passengers were ejected and 2 remain hospitalized today.
The assault charge is the result of Brown driving recklessly, which led to his passengers receiving serious injuries.
Following his arraignment, Brown was released after posting bail. He will reappear in court at a future date.
