Penn Yan and Watkins Glen Villages to Celebrate Christmas Tonight

A busy Friday of holiday celebrations in the Finger Lakes kicks off with Starshine in Penn Yan. Yates County Chamber President Mike Linehan says a lot of planning went into this year's event.
