Six people have been arrested for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. All six worked at businesses in the Village of Bath. They were charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to a year in jail.
Charged were:
67-year old Richard W. Groat of Naples, working for Finger Lakes Wine and Spirits, West Morris Street.
37-year old Shaileshkumar G. Patel of West Morris Street Bath, working for Easy Plus One, West Morris Street.
32-year old David E. Meadows of Casey Lane, Bath, working for the Misba Mart, Liberty Street.
23-year old Marcus D. Fusco of Gansevoort Street, Bath, working for Hatfields, Gansevoort Street.
23-year old Sabrina N. Tarr of Vermont Street, Bath, working for the National Hotel, East Steuben Street.
46-year old Char-Mae Wilkinson of Davis Avenue, Hammondsport, working for Route 54 Wine and Spirits, State Route 54.
