The Schuyler County Legislature approved the 45.2-MILLION dollar 2013 budget at Monday's meeting. The 2013 plan maintains the county property tax rate at the current level of $8.37 per $1,000 of assessed value.
The spending plan passed by a 6-2 vote legislators Barbara Halpin and Doris Karius casting votes against.
