On 01/01/13 at 8:30pm members of the Ontario County Sheriffs Office were out at 61 South Main Street in Manchester in order to attempt and outstanding warrant for 25 Shareen Gfeller who was reported to be at home on that evening.
Once inside the residence Ms Gfeller was located hiding in an upstairs bedroom closet at which time she attempt to prevent her arrest by shoving, kicking and attempting to pull away from the officer which were taking her into custody.
She was subsequently arraigned before Justice Butler in the Manchester Town Court and committed to jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bail bond.
