Yates FSA Issues Reminder for Foreign Investors

The Farm Service Agency for Yates and Steuben Counties has sent out a reminder that foreign investors that have bought or sold agricultural land in the two counties must report the transaction within 90 days.  Brenda Rockwell is acting County Executive Director of the Farm Service Agency.

                                         

Rockwell defined agricultural land as its defined in the "Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act."
