Texas Police say a murder suspect has surrendered for the death of a Steuben County woman in Texas.
27-year old Melissa Eason was found dead New Year's Eve in her apartment in Texas. Friday night police in New Braunfels, Texas say they went to a billiards hall in New Braunfels, where Eason's boyfriend, Nathaniel Fox, was taken into custody without incident and placed under arrest, charged with murder.

A warrant had been issued for his arrest and authorities say Fox contacted a person at the billiards hall Friday night expressing his desire to turn himself in.
Police discovered Eason's body after they responded to a welfare check at the request of a person related to Fox.
