An employee at Corning Community College is accused of mailing hazardous material to her own office. According to State Police, 39-year old Delia Hall was arrested following an investigation into an envelope of skin and mucus membrane irritant that was mailed to the college's administrative offices in early November.

According to our news partners at YNN, troopers secured the mailing and additional contents which contained threats to the college and Hall's supervisor. No students were injured or exposed to the irritant. Hall has been charged with a felony count of placing a false bomb or hazardous substance. She is due in Corning Town Court on the 14th.
