Do you get a little jittery when it's job review time ? Geneva City Manager Matt Horn didn't have to be this year.
The City Council has determined that he has exceed expectations in a number of categories and they are set vote on a one time 5-thousand dollar performance bonus when they meet Wednesday night.
Horn is also in line for a 50-dollar month increase in his vehicle allowance.
