A 19 year old Steuben County man accused of having sex with an incapacitated girl last May faces more serious charges after a grand jury this week indicted him on three counts of rape and a single count of criminal sex act.
Jordan Frysinger previously accepted a plea deal on a lesser charge of reckless endangerment, which would have resulted in just six months in jail and five years probation, but withdrew that guilty plea. Now, if convicted, the former Corning standout athlete and University of Illinois football player could spend five to 25 years behind bars.

Frysinger is accused of having sex with someone that was incapacitated at his parents cottage on Keuka Lake during an after prom party.
