In the State of the State speech Governor Cuomo suggested that three state approved casinos should be allowed upstate. He sees them as economic drivers. He said they would attract folks from the Big Apple. Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb isn't against casinos but has doubts as to New York City folks want to come here to gamble.
