Seneca County Sheriff's Investigators and the US Marshals Service apprehended a Pennsylvania fugitive who is a Level Three Sex Offender Wednesday morning at a residence in Seneca Falls.
35-year old Gregory Kuttruff, also known as Gregory Grove is currently being held at the Seneca County jail without bail after being charged for failing to report an address change in New York which is a a class E felony.
