Governor Andrew Cuomo will talk about the state budget for 2013-2014 this afternoon in Albany. Assemblyman Bill Nojay wonders how the governor will pay for the initiatives he proposed during the State of the State speech earlier this month.
Nojay, who represents the 133rd Assembly district, says Cuomo will have to take money from some other place.
Nojay adds the governor hasn't done anything about mandates.
Governor Cuomo is expected to speak at 2:00 today. The Bill Nojay Show airs twice daily on Finger Lakes News Radio, with replays weekday mornings at 11:00 and fresh shows weekday afternoons at 5:00.
