Ontario County is using Federal funds to study safety and access for one of the busiest traffic corridors in the county. There is an information session at the FLCC Student Center in Hopewell Thursday night to get public input on possible improvements for the area around Routes 5 & 20 and Route 364 and Lake Shore Drive near FLCC and CMAC. The area features stores and apartments too.
County Public Works Commissioner Bill Wright says it's a matter of keeping both motorists and walkers safe.
The information open house runs from 4 to 6.
