Canandaigua City Council To Appoint New City Manager Tonight

Look for the Canandaigua City Council to pass a resolution tonight that formally appoints David Forrest as the new City Manager starting March 8th. He has worked as Municipal Administrator in Norristown, Pennsylvania since 2007. He tells us he's unlikely to make any changes in the near future.
