Four Ontario County teens were busted in Phelps this morning for joy riding in stolen car. They were caught around 2AM. 16 year old Derian Woodard of Phelps, 16 year old Alex Huie and 16 year old Joseph Newland of Geneva and a 15 year old boy from Phelps were charged with Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The 15 year old also allegedly had some pot. The 16 year olds got appearance tickets. The 15 year old was turned over to his parents. His case with go to the Sheriff's Office Juvenile Division for further action.
