A Macedon woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. State Police say Rhonda Lawton was arrested on Friday in Lyons for taking a lot of prescription medicine while caring for her child. 44-year-old Lawton was arraigned in the Town of Palmyra Court. She's in Wayne County Jail now on $5,000 cash bail. Lawton is scheduled to appear on February 26th in Town of Macedon Court.
