About a week after its official grand opening, Bucket BBQ had its ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday afternoon. Sennett Town Supervisor Jeff Sennett was joined by Cayuga County leaders and the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce led the festivities.

The restaurant, formerly known as Banca's, was redesigned to resemble a rustic cabin.

Assemblyman Gary Finch (below, right) also spoke to the crowd of about a dozen guests.

Owner Michael Henty cut the ceremonial ribbon, which was held by Assemblyman Finch and Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Andrew Fish.

Bucket BBQ is located on 5 & 20 in Sennett, and is now officially open for business.
