Geneva Planning Board Looks At New Shopping Complex Tonight

It's an empty field now, but tonight the Geneva City Planning Board will look at designs for a new three store commercial development on the southeast corner of Hamilton Street and White Springs Road.

The property owner Geneva Land LLC is looking at an 11-thousand square foot structure. City Development Services Manager Neal Braman says there will no be direct access from Hamilton Street because they plan on keeping a retaining wall on the corner. It will not be hard to get in.                                                                             

Metro Mattress has been signed as a tenant. The planning board meets at 7:30 at the Public Safety Building.
