17 year old Jeremiah Acquilano will be in court Wednesday afternoon as his attorney tries to get evidence in his case suppressed. Acquilano is the Bloomfield teen charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of another Bloomfield teen who fell off his pick up.
Acquilano was allegedly driving a pickup truck May 31 in the Wishing Well Mobile Home Park in East Bloomfield going 33 miles per hour while 19 year old Dyllon Brewster clung to the hood. Brewster fell off sustaining what would be a fatal head injury. The court session starts at 2 Wednesday afternoon before Judge Frederick Reed.
