With Earthjustice, Gas Free Seneca Will Keep Initial Attorney

Earthjustice, the largest public interest environmental law firm in the world has partnered with Gas Free Seneca in preparation for the anticipated litigation against Inergy, LP, and the proposed massive gas storage/ transport hub slated for the West side of Seneca Lake.  Gas Free co-founder Dr. Joseph Campbell  says Gas Free Seneca intends to maintain a strong relationship with their initial attorney.

While attorney fees will now be pro bono for the grassroots organization, Campbell says fund raising efforts will continue in order to pay for expert witnesses necessary for this highly technical case.
