A 66 year old Waterloo man was arrested Wednesday by Seneca County Sheriff's deputies for allegedly roughing up an 11-year old. It's alleged that Robert Maynard grabbed the child around the neck lifting them off the ground during a domestic dispute at a home on Edwards Road. Maynard who is currently charged with Endangering The Welfare of a Child was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and released on his own recognizance. He goes to the Town of Waterloo Court on March 13th to answer the charges.
