Ontario County Humane Society Wants Information on Abandoned Dog

The Ontario County Humane Society has taken the rare step of alerting the media about an abandoned animal case. Executive Director Ed McGuigan says they are caring for a 12 year old female Shih Tzu mix left along a roadside in the Town of Victor a little more than 2 weeks ago.
