A 13-year-old Wayne County boy unexpectedly died after suffering complications from juvenile diabetes.
YNN reports Mark "MJ" Deary of Clyde was sent home sick from school on February 28th. After not showing improvement his father found him unresponsive. He was taken to Geneva General Hospital, and transferred to Golisano Children's Hospital, where he later died.

His family then discovered he had juvenile diabetes. Deary's family is encouraging all parents to have their kids tested once a year to prevent more lives from being taken.
In a statement they thanked the hospital staff and paramedics.
The Clyde-Savannah School District is making counselors available for students and staff.
