Four People Arrested in Seneca Falls Graffiti Spree

It was a bit more than an April Fools Day Prank. Seneca Falls Police have arrested four people in connection with Monday's vandalism and graffiti incident on the south side of the town.

The Ludivico Sculpture Trail, three businesses, and two residential properties were vandalized.

Two people, 22-year old Steven Halladay and 22-year Andrea Halladay of Waterloo are both charged with six counts of making graffiti and six counts of conspiracy .

Police have also charged a 17-year old boy from Waterloo and a 16-year old boy from Geneva. Police are withholding their information due to their age and the possible eligibility for youthful offender status.

All four were released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court appearance at 10:00 am on April 11th to further answer the charges. Seneca Falls Police are continuing their investigation and more arrests are pending.
