Wayland Man Charged in Fatal Hit and Run

A Wayland man has been arrested in connection with a deadly hit and run in Steuben County.

At around 7:20 Friday morning, State Police said they found the body of James Mitchell, 18, lying along County Route 36 in the Town of Cohocton. After investigating, Troopers arrested Kyle Oneal, 26, and charged him with DWI. They said more charges are pending.
