Geneva Police Lieutenant Eric Heieck says a man with the same name and date of birth as suspect Jonathan Rivera was arrested in Brooklyn, but it's not the same man.

Rivera and three other men were the subjects of a manhunt Sunday and Monday. They had been in a truck tied to a shooting in Geneva that was eventually found in Phelps. Two of those men-Alexander Rodriguez and Jopse Gomes-Santiago were arrested in the hours following the incident.
Police continue to search for the fourth suspect- 22-year-old Andres Escalera of Geneva.
UPDATE, 5:30 a.m., 6/18/2013 - Two Geneva men who are considered armed and dangerous by Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies remain at large, but the manhunt for them has been called off.
Ontario County Sheriff Phil Povero says the evidence found yesterday is important to the investigation. Because of it, police now say they know the two suspects have left the Geneva area.
The search for 22-year old Andres Escalera, and 25-year old Jonathan Rivera Monday centered around an area near Hayes Road in the Town of Phelps. Deputies combed that area, searching for a cell phone that was electronically tracked there.
While they didn't find the phone, Povero does believe the other things his officers found may help catch the remaining suspects.
Update: 4:28 p.m.-
As of 6.17.2013 it is apparent that the remaining two suspects in this matter may have left the area. The following suspects are wanted for questioning in the pursuit and Officer involved shooting.
