Penn Yan Duo Charged in Break-In

Two people have been arrested in connection with a break in that occurred during the weekends of June 8th and 15th at 160 Main Street in Penn Yan.

27 year old Philip Hanna and 18 year old Lance Todd, both of Penn Yan, are accused of breaking into the Keuka Housing Council, Head Start and Finger Lakes Community Health. Todd and Hanna were found to be in possession of property belonging to Community Health and Head Start. 

Both were sent to Yates County Jail following arraignment in village court. Todd faces an additional petit larceny charge for allegedly stealing candy and soda from Tops.
