Bath Super: SRO's Impact Schools in Many Ways

The Steuben County Legislature has lent its full support to Sheriff David Cole's proposal to put retired police officers in county schools as school resource officers.  Under the proposal, districts would have to only pay half of what they used for the positions.  Bath-Haverling Superintendent Joe Rumsey tells us how he sees the impact of having SRO's in schools.
