Nancy Grace: Secret Recordings Will Be Allowed At Karlsen Murder Trial (Video)

HLN television host Nancy Grace says secretly recorded tapes made by a Romulus woman will be allowed as evidence in the murder case against her husband.

Speaking this morning on ABC's Good Morning America, Grace says there are three reasons why she thinks the evidence will be allowed in next month's murder trial of Karl Karlsen in Seneca County Court.

53-year old Karl H. Karlsen, of 885 Yale Farm Road, Romulus, New York has been charged with murder in the second degree. It is alleged that on November 20, 2008, Karlsen intentionally caused the death of his son by having a truck he was working on, fall off a jack on top of the 23-year old. Karlsen's first wife died in a California fire in 1991.
