3rd Suspect Arrested for Allegedly Selling Heroin Out Of a Geneva Home

This morning the  Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit took a third suspect into custody for alleged  Criminal Sale of Heroin from a home on  John Street.

26 year old Jesus M. Garcia who lives on William Street in the City was picked up and charged with felony  Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance Third Degree. He was arraigned and is being held on 15 thousand dollars cash bail. Monday night the couple who live at the home ,35 year old Vincent Estrada JR and 32 year old Arlene I. Gonzalez were arrested after police excecuted a  Narcotics Search Warrant and  found heroin, cash and and packaging materials. 

Police Lt. Eric  Heieck tells us neighbors grew concerned because of the unusal number of people that went in and out of the house at all hours.
