Agnes T. Casella

Agnes T. Casella CANANDAIGUA - Agnes T. Casella, age 91, loving mother and grandmother, formerly of Woolhouse Road, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center. She is survived by four children, Frederick Casella of Rochester, Samuel (Debra) Casella of Canandaigua, Angie (Steve) Moore of North Carolina and Maria (Steve) Ladelfa of Pittsford; seven grandchildren, Kathryn, Jennifer, Eric, Aimee, Steven, Gina and Kevin; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel T. Casella in 1996. Mrs. Casella was a devoted homemaker. She and her husband owned and operated a farm on Woolhouse Road for many years. Mrs. Casella enjoyed cooking and baking and was known for her award-winning apple pie. She was a member of St. Mary's Church. Mrs. Casella loved spending time with her family. There will be no calling hours. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Interment will be in White Haven Memorial Park, Perinton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to F.F. Thompson Foundation, for M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua, NY 14424. Her family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at the Continuing Care Center for the excellent care she received. Arrangements are by Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home Inc., Canandaigua.
