ROSE/LYONS - Marian B. Fitch, 100, died Tuesday (May 1, 2012) at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
Family and friends may call Monday (May 7) from 10 to 11 a.m. at Farnsworth Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will follow calling at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of Wayne and Seneca Counties, E. Miller St., Newark, N.Y. 14513 in Marian's memory.
Marian was born June 4, 1911, in the Town of Huron, a daughter to Edward and Mae Austin Barnes.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Cynthia (Williams) Edmondson of Red Creek, Steven Fox of N.H. and Deborah (Duane) McKaig of Marion; six great-grandchildren, Ian (Christie) Edmondson, Eirn (Brad) Kahler, Matthew Edmondson, Cassidy, Noah and Asa McKaig; four great-great-granchildren, Adison Phillips, Reagan Edmondson, Mason and Liam Kahler; son-in-law, Lawrence W. (Diana) Fox, Jr.; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Carlton in 2000 and daughter Shirley Fitch Fox in 1969.
