Hammondsport, N.Y. - Hannah Grace Hunt came into and left this world on (February 10, 2013).
Hannah was a gift from God, who in His sovereign plan, chose to limit her life to 41 weeks. She is now in His gracious hand.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial in honor of Hannah Grace on Friday (February 15) at 1:00 p.m. at the Penn Yan Bible Church, 2015 Kimball Rd, Penn Yan, N.Y. with Pastor James Knapton officiating. Burial will take place at City Hill Cemetery following the service.
Hannah is survived by her parents, Adam and Rebekah Hunt; siblings, Abigail, James, Simon, Lydia, Silas; grandparents, Alan Hunt, Elizabeth (William) Libera, David and Joyal Peckham; great-grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
