ROCHESTER | John E. “Jack� Hennessy, Sr., 88, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. He was predeceased by his wife, Julia. He is survived by his children, John E. (Michelena), Joanne (William) Taylor, of Colorado, and Peggy (Chet) Przespolewski; five grandchildren, Michael (Kerry), Kelly (Chris) Himmelheber, Bobbiejo (Vince) Longo, Shane Taylor, and Dillon Taylor; eight great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Maryann Hennessy and many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home of Alvah Halloran & Son, 2125 Chili Ave. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Pius the Tenth Church. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Episcopal Church Home, 505 Mt. Hope Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
