Boy Scout Troop 68 from Hall held an American Flag retirement ceremony on September 11th to commemorate Patriot Day. The ceremony was held at the Hall Fire Company and was open to the public. Flags were collected by the Boy Scouts over the last few months, from our local community.  Over 140 flags were collected and retired in this ceremony. Scouts from Troop 44 in Penn Yan and Gorham Cub Scout Pack 63 participated in this ceremony. Troop 68 has decided to make this an annual event.
