Hobart's Neer Nets 600th Win

GENEVA - Hobart basketball coach Mike Neer recorded his 600th career victory on Tuesday night as the Statesman knocked off Union College, 85-82, in double overtime at Bristol Gym.  

It was a night filled with milestones for the Statesman, who won their sixth straight and now hold a 1.5 game lead over Union for first place in the Liberty League.  Senior guard Stefan Thompson scored a career-high 30 points and became just the seventh Statesman to record 1,500 career points while junior forward Richie Bonney became the 25th Statesman to record 1,000 career points.
